All deposits are non-refundable but can be applied as credit toward a future appointment.
Deposits will be forfeited if you cancel without at least 24 hours’ notice.
In the event of a state or nationwide COVID-19 shutdown, I will personally contact all clients with existing deposits via text or email to reschedule before reopening the appointment calendar to the public.
